Microsoft Certified Systems
Engineer
-
The network engineer role will be part of the
technical team that provides ongoing service to
existing clients and implementation of new sites.
-
To be a role model for other technical staff within
the Technical Support Group and encourage staff to
further advance their skills and knowledge.
-
To mentor more junior Technical Staff in completing
more complex tasks.
-
To undertake research & development duties within
Trident as required.
-
To keep the Technical Skill Set required for the
position up to date and at a level commensurate with
the position, and in conjunction/agreement with the
Trident Management to undertake training or new
qualification as required.
-
To be available to all Trident Staff to assist with
any complex technical support required, including
pre sales.
-
To maintain contact with Trident management, the
Services Manager in the first instance,
communicating and escalating where necessary, all
related information and developments on ongoing
projects.
-
To always be efficient, diligent and proactive when
dealing with external clients.
-
To develop and maintain relationships with key
clients, always championing Trident at every
opportunity.
-
To provide accurate technical documentation of
customer sites.
-
Further ongoing tasks as defined by the Services
Manager.
Skills required:
-
Must be experienced in Microsoft exchange and SBS
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Experience with Sonicwall an advantage
-
Experience with Sophos an advantage
