Trident can also image offsite at Trident HQ or can work with the manufacturer to have the machines leave their facility with the school image already installed.
When can our School complete their rollout?
The Trident Notebook Program Coordinator will liaise with the school to determine the best possible rollout dates for the school and Trident to make certain that these occur with a minimum of disruption.
What happens on rollout day?
Prior to the day of rollout, Trident make sure that all the appropriate machines are onsite in an order determined by the school, ready to be handed to students. Delivery documents are provided for student sign off to avoid any delivery errors. Trident technical resources will be available onsite to lend assistance to the school rollout team during this time.

Trident will have spare machines onsite ready to replace any DOA machines. These machines will be imaged and ready for immediate deployment.

What daily support does Trident offer to its NBP schools?

Can Trident meet a 24/48 hour SLA?
Trident utilizes a number of strategies automatically built into the Trident Notebook Program offering to ensure a 24/48 hour SLA is met.
- Buffer stock - Trident independently purchase machines as internal buffer stock to insulate customers from any manufacturer part stock issues.
- Swap & Go facility - Trident maintain a number of working loan machines onsite for immediate swap over for student notebooks in need of repair assessed as 'major repair tasks'.
What other things does Trident do to help it meet the SLA?
Trident does not differentiate between warranty or insurance repairs and treats both under the same SLA. This ensures that all repairs are carried out in the shortest possible time frame.
What is the process of getting a Notebook Computer repaired under Warranty? Insurance?
Trident Computer Services has a dedicated set of workflow diagrams outlining the way warranty and insurance repairs are handled within a Trident NBP. This enables the process to be as seamless as possible for the school. Please contact your Trident Account Manager for more detailed information.
Can Trident assist School with Asset Tagging?

If the machines are leased, how can Trident help our School get the notebooks ready for return to the leasing company?

Trident will organize regular housekeeping sessions where all student notebooks are checked for any outstanding warranty/insurance repairs to make the end of lease return process as easy as possible.
