Our companies deliver comprehensive outsourced IT & communications solutions. We provide specialised advice and consulting, project management, outsourced professional services, a National Service Desk, a National Response Centre, security infrastructure, audit compliance, validation services, cloud and data centre solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Initiating and developing new relationships, prospecting and identifying new opportunities
· Forecasting Sales pipeline and revenue forecasting on a weekly basis
· Create satisfied customers in each and every sale
· Demonstrate our products and services via remote or onsite demonstrations
· Maintain relationships with existing customers and upsell new opportunities
· Developing customer presentations and proposals including costs and standard contracts
· Manage existing day to day issues relating to accounts with high level organisational skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 3 years successful experience selling B2B is essential, ideally in IT, managed services or health field
· Proven experience demonstrating Hustle and Ambition
· Able to meet monthly targets and budgetary requirements
· Strong relationship building skills
· An active listener who can easily determine customer needs
· Ability to carry out duties autonomously, with little direct supervision
· Excellent English language skills, including written and oral skills
· Previous experience using MS Dynamics is an advantage

Due to rapid company growth and new business, we have an exciting opportunity for new Network Engineers (levels 1-3) to join our team!
What will you be doing? So glad you asked....

  • You will be an integral part of the technical team that provides ongoing support to existing and new clients

  • You will undertake research and development duties to provide customers with end-to-end systems and processes for a business initiative on an as-needed basis. Provide a single point design authority for the life-cycle of nominated systems.

  • Align systems with product and technology strategy - Understand product and technology roadmaps and assist in developing solutions that both align with the roadmaps and leverage opportunities from evolving and future technologies.

  • Solution design and traceability - Translate complex domain and solution architectures into platform specific requirements and designs. Translate and/or map business requirements to capabilities.

  • Solution implementation - Deliver quality end-to-end systems that meet the user needs (e.g. operational requirements, cost and schedule constraints, performance requirements, training needs, support). Work with delivery partners to integrate multiple technologies, platforms, and business processes to ensure the delivery of the end-to-end solution. Manage integration and resolve issues related to inter-working between components.

What experience and qualifications do you need?
You must hold at minimum a Diploma in IT and spent 3-5 years in a similar role

You will also hold the following certifications

  • CCNA Certified either wireless or switching and routing

  • CCNP Certified Wireless

You must be experienced in:

  • Managing and deploying Cisco and HP routing and switching networking equipment.

  • Deploying Cisco and HP Wireless networking equipment.

  • Managing and deploying VMWare or Citrix virtual environments

  • Must have strong Network Support, troubleshooting and configuration skills.

Do you want bonus points? It would be an advantage if you have experience in:

  • Aruba Wireless

  • Any Hypervisor technology

  • Certification in Sophos/Cyberoam Firewall and UTM technology

  • Juniper Firewall technology

  • Cisco ISE technology an advantage.

  • Cisco ASA Firewall technology an advantage.
