Trident Computer Services was proud to sponsor The Brighton Lunch, held on Friday 30 June 2014 celebrating Indigenous AFL Week with leaders of Industry and Football. An event organised annually by CEO of Neptune Managed Services Geoff Bentley, this year in excess of 350 people attended. More than $40,000 was raised and proceeds went to the Cathy Freeman Foundation to support indigenous education on Palm Island, Rotary Brighton and Ronald McDonald House.
Cathy Freeman was special guest for the day and Trident CEO Katie Bentley was MC. James Rayne entertained guests and special appearances were made by ‘Marilyn Monroe’, ‘Basil’ and ‘Manuel’. A discussion panel including Kevin Sheedy, Susan Alberti, Beverly Knight and Brian Ward provided an insightful account of their roles in senior sporting positions.
